My g/f just got me a universal one and holy hell it not even close to being a good fittement. I know it requires some cutting or w/e but this is going to take some serious @!#$. Anyone else do a universal pod to a j-body? Or should i just return it and get one that will fitt and is made for my car?

I found one... autometer (ATM-10204). I will just have advance auto parts order that for me instead of this POS. I am not going to sofa king mess with this one. I'll pay the extra 5 bucks to have one fit.

Hey... whut're you going to do w/ that universal one? b/c i need one. I have a convertable and there's no sense in me buying a $60 pod imma cutt & hack at to mould it to the (way different) A-Pillar. Lemme know a price and i'll see what i can do to take it off of your hands

Hi Pilly D, how do you molded the dual gauge pod? do you cut the pillar or glued over it? And about the paint , what brand is? also what color is it? seems too silver to me.

I want to do a same thing in my car.

All i dod was take the universal gauge pod and trim it to fit over mine then crazy glued it into place. then took thin strips of fiberglass matte and ran it over the ends and kittyhaired and bodoed it....too a bit of time but its worth it to me..as for the color its ultra silver and its made by duplicolor...phil

The lotek 3 pod is supposed to fit over the stock pilar isn`t it? My 3 pod fits over the pilar like crap, the top hole faces pretty far away from the driver, sure u can still see what the gauge says but I do believe the purpose of it is that its supposed to face the driver, not outside the window

just about any gauge pod can be "helped" to fit with a litle heat
