I'm recoloring the white parts on my interior to black. What do you reccomend I scuff the old paint up with to keep it flat, but will still allow paint to adhere. Or should I just paint ontop of the clear?

Let me rephrase it.
I've already painted it once, with Duplicolor white. Now I want to make it black instead. What should I do to prepare it? Sand to primer? Sand to raw? No sanding?

sand it down to get it smooth and any inperfections that were in the paint out...then if your usung the same brand pain just respray and clear...very easy my friend ..phil
