Wasn't sure where to put this so move it if needed.
The other day my key fob started acting up. I could unlock the power door locks sometimes, sometimes I couldn't. That lasted about 3 days and then the while driving, the locks started locking by themselves. You could here a clicking sound in the dash, passenger side or maybe near the floor board, passenger side. They would lock, then try to lock again and again. This went on about 2 days.
Well, went to the car yesterday and now the battery is dead, realated to the lock problem I'm sure. So, does anyone have a clue?
Did a search, saw nothing really like this, more about replacing locks and adding them to cars without power locks. I did just reinstall the door panels and I plan on going back over the install to see if I pinched a wire somewhere but I was pretty good about looking at all of that before hand.
Could be a fuse I guess? I've got a little paint on the inside cover so not sure which one is the right fuse? Can you give me the number of that and I'll look at it too.
Thanks for your help.
Eh...old man with a Corvette now...it was bound to happen sooner rather than later right?
