ok i didnt want to jack the Post thats currently being made. so. i have a 96 cav without a Tach. and its my understanding that i can get a 96-98 cluster with a mechanical odemeter and tach. switch the odometers,and just simply plug the cluster back in and it will work fine??the tach will work and everything. and then you just have to reprogram the Theft system (wich leads me to a question. i have mine disabled. i just cut the white/black wire when the car was running and it disabled it. would that be all i had to do to make that one work.??) thanks for any help
