well i am working on molding the arm rest to give it a unique shape, but i am trying to figure, instead of building tons of layers, can i use some body filler( or somthing like it) to get the right shape then glass over it? will this cause problems after the fact? if so then i can always just make a mold then go back and take the filler back off, just was trying to aviod that step. what do you gods of fiberglass think?
What about the spray on insulation???
Or maybe the fiberglass would melt it or somethin? IDK, just an idea.

body filler should be fine
cool thanks for the help, hopefully i will be done glassing the rest of the console by tommarow, before work so i can jump on that. thanks
is there a better way to accomplish this? i am kinda afraid that the body filler will crack under the glass, and cause the glass to crack. any imput would be apreash
thanks for the input, next time i have time to jump on it, i am leaning twards the floral foam, seems to be the simplest idea, and if i f it up, can just attatch another peice....
