I went to a yard today and i found a red sunfire with stock red front seats and back seats he wants 50bucks do you all think thats a good steal i mean they have some oil stains and one of the levers is broken what do yall think?

No, but personally I'd rather have common stock seats than uncommon ones with stains (oil isn't easily removed from apholstry), and broken parts.

talk him down to 25 if you can. then get em and see if you can clean them up well enough to use. you should be able to put your stock lever or anything else on them...then it will all depend on getting stains out.

i picked up a set of white leather/vinyl seats from a convertible J from a junker for $80. they looked like @!#$ (esp since they were white) but cleaned up nice as hell. IMO its worth the money to try
