Hey guys, tonight I intstalled my 00-05 sunfire cluster into my 03 cavalier. Now i have 2 problems, one problem is on the tach between 3 and 5 it looks like there is no light output, any ideas why or a way to fix it? the second problem is that all of my lights on the dash work but my turnsignals dont work. Neither the left or the right work, both on the dash or outside of the car. I dont think it matters but i have toyota tails wired up but they were working before the cluster swap, any ideas?

Tach: Smack the dash above the tach.. I had the top part of the speedo on my 04 Sunfire cluster not lighting up after installation and I smacked the dash and it's worked ever since.

As for your turn signals.. no clue on that one. Sorry.

Thanks for the tip, ill try it later. For some reason i turned my hazards on and all off a sudden they started working. But thanks for the tip i will for sure try that.

LOL! i just went out and did that and it works now. nothing like the american enginuity*, just hit it untill it works LOL!

I had a similar problem...however i just unplugged mine and did it again and i worked fine...hvac controls look sweet in the cav too
