Do you drive with your high beams? Is the headlight colored blue?

DRL indicator light on a 95? Didn't think they had them, but it sounds like you have a headlight bulb out. At least, that's what my 2000 did when I fried a headlight pigtail.

Sounds like the DRL (daytime running light) indicator. My car does the same thing.

Ya I have a 95 and I took the DRL Fuse out and all it does is flash on the dash, put the fuse back in and all your troubles will go away.

I think it has a fuse in that spot I even checked it to see if it was bad but it was ok, the only other thing it might be is the bulbs I guess? I got them from one of my sons friends and he did say they were expensive bulbs!! could that possibly be it ?? Thanks

what do you mean by just got it finished (your car im referring to)? If there is a little green headlight it means DRL 100%, if its flashing that means the DRL's are not working, If you checked the fuse and thats fine then theres an interruption in the line somewhere. Turn on your headlights like you were going to drive and night and see if the flashing green light goes away, if it doesnt, which I'm sure it will anyways, but it would most likely be something wrong with your exterior lighting system itself, if it does, then its an interruption in the line and its not getting a signal from the bulb, easy as that!

Actually I'm pretty sure that's a relay for the DRL's. It's in the fuse box , only it's a large, silver box, plugged in like a fuse. Ask your local dealership about it (be careful they dont ream you and hand you some bull sh!t though). I'm not sure onthat year model but that's what it is in the 2k+.

also, it you are using high wattage bulbs, it's probably that, and it's most likely fried your headlight harness. If you pull the bulb out of the headlamp, you should be able to tell. It will look melted and smell burnt. Possibly look like it's coated it some amber like gel. the dealership WILL ream you on that (it was like 90 bucks) but Wal-mart has the exact same replacement fot like 2 bucks. Or go to your local parts store and see about an aftermarket harness made for higher wattage bulbs.
