Why don't you stop yelling on the internet, and try using some punctuation.

2? If I am 2, then I'm one really smart 2 year old.

And yes, dude, I second your vote, and I must question the whole point of the thread and how a single 'constructive' thing can be said about it. The closest thing I can come up with is "Oh, why yes good sir, I agree with you full-heartedly." And that sounds pretty lame so I'll stick with "Yes, ebay has a lot of random crap on it that is overpriced for what it is since it probably won't even last the trip to your door. You know those horsepower boosters that you connect to your IAT sensor? You soo should get one, they help out alot and make your car use almost no fuel, hey, on second though, you should get like five. I'm sure that will give you like 400 horsepower or something." Lol. Yea, I definately like that one better, I think I'll stick with that.

now lets give him the benefit of the doubt he is at least capable to figure out how to turn caps lock off.

scz2400- e-bay crap is crap- it is usually generic products created from crappy products. so it is twice the crap-ulance of @!#$. the prices are cheap because you know 2 things.
1. the stuff is cheap, cheaply made, cheaply sold and looks cheap.
2. IT WILL BREAK (refer to #1 as to why.)

some stuff okay, not good but tolerable the rest stuff that i wouldn't give to a homeless kid as a Christmas present.

best bet is to do some research on the seller of the products you want. ive bought tails, spoilers, a hood, fenders from ebay. i just make sure to do my research and dont buy from people who cant either A) list the product correctly(wrong years/part name etc) or B) have alot of universal products that they slap a bunch of makes/models to for selling to uninformed newbs.

Ebay can be great. However you need to pretty much know everthing there is to know about what you are buying. For example last time I checked there were more knock off blow off valves on ebay tham the real deal. If you do not know exactly what the real one looks like it is hard to tell the fakes from the real deal.

Be sure and read the listing carefully to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. Avoid sellers who's reputation may be questionable or who have vauge listings.
Pretty much just use your common sense.

^^^listen to those two. ebay is all about knowing the product, the seller and what you want. typically if the guy has below a 90% rating or a lot negative to neutral feedback, i will avoid him at all costs.

I bought a brand new NX fuel solenoid for $46+shipp.,which was a great deal but I also was scammed on a pair of 95-99 projector lights.BTW his name is Kevin Bordeaux and he has some other stuff in the class.and his name on Ebay is girls123cars123,beware of him!!So watch what you are looking to buy nd research the seller like Baggs said.

actually, you can find all kinds of sweet deals on ebay. most of these deals are from other modders like ourselves who are either upgrading or getting out of the scene. some people are selling one-off or other rare items and ive had all kinds of kick ass deal because of that.

what you need to do is watch out for the rest of the crap--stuff manufactured for the car. cheap springs, lights, body kits, hoods, etc should be avoided because you get what you pay for there. but sometimes a legit distributor or manufacturer can be overstocked and let some merch go for pretty cheap. i know someone who just got a WW lip for the opening bid of $19.95! that only 1/10th of the retail price, so i would count that as pretty sweet.

it comes down to what joey and wayders said....do some research and find out who you are buying from. ebay is an amazing tool when used correctly.
