now from what i can under stand from what i read, these bolt to the back of the seat bracket

no, you need a harness bar or roll cage
NEVER install racing harnesses to the back of your seat!
I have my harnesses mounted to a custom fabbed bar. It is 4" below my shoulder and the tabs are 35 degree angle. It was the standard at the time I had it fabricated and it was made by a shop that designs and builds roll cages.

btw - The lower belts utilize the factory seat belt bolts to mount to the floor, while the shoulder belts attatch to the harness bar.
