2 tone black and green
shaved handles, door locks, trunk lock, antenna
painted rims black
lowerd a bit more on ground control coil overs
stock trunk will be going on just was lasy to photo shop it top half of trunk will be black to spoiler keeping spoiler green

bring the black under the windows and back to the trunk. looks awkward the way it is now.

sorry no can do on a kit, i just bought stage 2 supercharger and i am racing in auto X next year so i will be scraping everywhere if i put a kit on

ehh that paint scheme is nasty IMO. A stock green paint with a two tone black. You need to get rid of that green if you want a 2 tone paint job IMO. Also dont paint the rims, painted rims look bad again IMO. If you want black rims, buy some black rims with a polished lip.

I agree with bringing the black down under the windows.
I would have a shaved spoiler if your going to keep a stock body kit.

do it a little under the window, itll look hot
it looks ugly and painting your wheels to match is tacky imo
keep it all green.. loose the neon wheels- they look to big...

Ryan, why don't you come up with your own ideas instead of copying the paint scheme that I convinced Pete to get on the REDFIRE? Seriously... ever since you popped up on the boards all I see you doing is copying ideas from others.... try something original.
Before pete went with the black top everybody was iffy on my idea to paint the entire top half of the car black save for the trunk... and it looked amazing when it was done. It really set that car off.
Sit down and come up with something different and new... the cavalier doesn't have the same lines as the sunfire to pull that paintjob off the same way, anyway. It has to come part way down the doors to follow the body line... and if anything I wouldn't go black and green anyway. Those neon rims do not look right being black.... let alone being there at all. It screams neon no matter what you do with them.
And if you're gonna be driving that car this winter you'd better make sure your doors don't freeze shut like all J's do, otherwise you might find you can't pop 'em open to get in which is gonna suck something fierce.
Whatever you do, I say go back to the drawing board.... that's my opinion. Good luck.

just so u know before pete ever got that done i have been desiding on doing my car that way but i could never deside on what kit i wanted if you looked at my cardomain page my car changed to much to paint it. i saw it done on a 240sx like 4 years ago and i wanted it ever since then.
as for the rims i am getting rid of them. i have finally relized how bad they look.

^^^ that looks decent.... maybe consider a dark purple instead of black. i think a really deep purple would go better with the green than black will. just a though... and a silver line between the two colors.
i dont like the color scheme at all... the design is better now that youbrought it down a little bit...if your gna spend the money on getting that paint job, or you have someone you know whos gna do it, get a custom color to go with the black...do a different green or something...other than that, it will look good. good luck

I can see a dark green going with the black rather than the stock green. The black doesn't go that well with the stock color in my opinion. And I know you said 'no body kit' since you are doing AutoX, but maybe a subtle lip would work?

I think you should leave the silly thing green and just paint the wheels flat black.
I would not go two tone..
