Well I got really lucky to say the least. Minus what is shown it tore a fender liner out and broke an exhaust mounting bracket that holds one of my mufflers in place. To make a long story short, I was coming home from work last night and when I pulled onto the Interstate a tractor trailer went by. I saw the dead deer on the side of the road, but 30mph winds along with the tractor trailer hooking the deer threw the deer into my lane about as quick as I could blink. I was doing 70 (speed limit 65) and hit the deer carcass head on. You could see where the deer hit the front end and rolled under before I cleaned all the crap off. Worst yet the bumper was coming off for winter next week.
When I pulled off I was expecting the worst but to my surprise I saw what I did. I got luck and just hit the deer and had it roll under the car and came out the back. It hit the truck behind me as well and when I went to work earlier a guy hit it in his Mustang and did around a grand or so in damage. If it had been alive I am sure I'd be telling a different story.
So in the end a new fender liner, about ten minutes of welding and a couple hundred bucks for some re-painting I'll be good as new. Since I am buying paint I got some goodies in store for spring though.
I stand by urethane products forever and have to say RK made a great product and that my paint man did a heck of a job with paint work for it to take the hit that it did. Minus the paint missing there is only one spider web from the impact.
Heres the pics guys.
The underside of the bumper that took the worst hit. It pretty much shredded the paint all the way across.
How a deer carcass fit under my car I will never know.

No sense in turning it in on insurance when I have a $500 deductable and the guy who painted my car may charge me $100 plus paint to redo it. If it had done real damage I would have but I say in all I'm out no more than a couple hundred bucks. I'm gonna go on and get IF sides while I'm at it and maybe even paint part of the hood since I am paying for the paint and all.
BAS2k3 ,
Man I am really sorry to here that. This is not a good week for JBOK cars I guess.
And guys you all are right it could have been alot worse. I got really lucky. I could only imagine what the front would have looked like had the IF front been made of fiberglass.

I think you got me confused with someone else man. This has been the only aftermarket front bumper I have ever owned.
