You have 2 sets of lifters listed there.
Also - what kind of power do you expect to lay down on that motor?

SunfighterGT- Oopse, I just realized that.. Actually as of yesterday I bought an HO exhaust cam, so I took 8 of those 2.4 lifters back. Im waiting on the cam to come in so I can buy the 2.3 lifters for it..
When the turbo gets put on Im looking for 300 HP.. Thats just my base that im HOPEING for. If I get more then so be it..
Thanks again everybody

So... wait you got a H.O exhaust cam. You're going to machine out the cam towers, swap to H.O lifters & springs and machine out the head to accept 2mm oversize lifters? Sounds like a lot of work for a cam, you could put all that $$$ into a good set of custom cams that need no machinework to the engine.
Furthermore, 300 hp is an extremely easy goal on these engines. I was running over 300 whp stock and let me tell you it's definitely fun, and very easy to achieve. Just size your turbo properly and make sure the manifolds are matched to the head with some good flow and you'll be good.
I see you have valvesprings - you'll need them.
While the block is out I'll give you a tip. Take a good look at it. There are a lot of VERY obvious problems with it, even at a glance. You have to fix all these problems otherwise all you'll be doing is delaying the inevitable bearing chew-up that we all love.
Good luck with the motor. Your power goal is easy to achieve, it's longevity you should be concerned with.

Sweeet, nice parts and suspension! I wish I had more money to do motor work on my 2.4
Keep it up and get her done!
