well.. I got the....
body kit removed
stock springs back on
stock seats back in
door panels back on
Stock CD player back in ( doesnt work right.. lights blown out )
stock body kit on ( Thanks to KRI )
Chrome Projectors and clear corners on. ( Also, KRIs doing )
I still need to
remove the hood and fenders and get stock ones back on ( after I trade for them this week )
adjust the headlights
put the rear crushguard in so it doesnt sag
remove the stickers
put clear bumper lenses in
goo-gone the the 3m tape from the sides off
remove the lambos, and put stock door hinges back on
get the outside of the car painted GM Bright Red
I should be done with it all this week and then my mom will take over my loan and I will be able to get my 2006 Cobalt SS/SC in Victory Red !
Here are some pics as of now..
I also have to get a stock 2001 Cavalier CD player, 2001 Gauge Cluster, Fuse Panel and the side peices of the dash ( where fuse panel clips in and also the same thing on the other side.. if anyone has these pretty cheap and is willing to ship, let me know

personally I like the ss cobalt but i rather build my car up to be faster then a cobalt ss would cost me way less

It wasnt just about speed.. I wanted a car that I wasnt having any problems with and I really like the body lines to start with
So I can do a drop, wheels, tint, and an indash DVD and pretty much be done with it... no more body kits and hoods and lambos and fenders and lights and stuff that doesnt ever seem to match up right.. I need a new start, but I will def. miss the cavi.. everyone around here really likes it and so did I.. but it would have taken more work and money than I have to be able to finish it right

yeah, i feel you man. I really want a cobalt ss too but i i need to keep my cav for sentimental value reasons. . hope you get the cobalt.
I love my SS.
But I miss both of my cavaliers all the time!
It's a dead end road, you'll love the new ride but look back in the future and miss that little j-body, trust me man it's happened to me!
I have those side fuse pieces from my 02 cavalier that i dont need. Let me know if you need them.

Yeah.. aftermarket stuff is worth nothing since people have to get a loan for what the car is worth and after market stuff isnt factored into it all.. Plus my buyer wants the car stock ( my mom )

Ya know... I still do miss my Sunfire. I put alot of my own work into it, but
she needed a home with someone who could give her the TLC I no longer
could. I found a good home for her, and really enjoy driving my tC. You'll
still miss the Cav, but I'm pretty sure you'll love the Cobalt also.
