screw driver down the window bending the @!#$ out of the door
and Gino hooked us up with a quick answer too... we couldnt get the electronic trunk release to work.. turns out that we had to ground the latch, since it usually grounds off the metal trunklid
only downside to a cf trunk... their so light, you gotta be standing there when u pop it... BOING!!!!!

I've been debating whether or not to go with a carbon fiber wing or a carbon fiber trunk and after seeing these pics I will for sure be going with the trunk! Love the look!
If l'm not mistaken its $500 CDN....
Luke...thanks for the props...the spoilerless look has me right now...but l'm sure by show time next year l may have a CF spoiler on....We'll see...
Thanks everyone...

Don't know if you did it or not, but you can adjust the lift springs. Look under the rear deck, unhook the spring rods and move them as needed.
^^ thanks captain obvious
even on the lowest setting it still shoots up.. its like 10 pounds vs the maybe 100 stock one...

Your welcome F|_| ( |< wad! Not every one is the genious you are! There are poeple out there that may have overlooked something like that! I was just trying to help, if you bothered to read, "Don't know if you did it or not..!"
Next time, try "thanks, but we tried that already," instead of jumping on your high horse!
Love the statement under your art pic.......
Nevertheless......
relax everyone ..Dougall didn't mean for it to come out that way...thanks for the tip but we did lower the spring to the bottom one...If l put a baseball on my trunk and popped it the ball would go out of the park...!!!...LOL
Thanks once again for the Props guys...
On the other end of the bracket where the spring rod has the 90* bend, you can also try grinding about 1/2" into the pocket where the rod goes through the square notch in the bracket. That might help relieve some of the tension on the rods.

That screen name came from some of my fellow soldiers and for a good reason!
