Does anyone have the Toyota Tails (any year) wired up so they operate and function correctly?
I've seen ALOT of them on Cavs and the few I've seen in person, only the RED light operates like Stock and the Amber does nothing.
So anyone rewire them yet?
Well sir you did it wrong... I had mine hooked up correctly. There are a few guides on how to hook them up.
Your an a$$. I have mine done right. I was seening if anyone else had it done.
It was gonna be a surprise that I got em, but here you guys go.

Im not an ass. If you have them hooked up as said in the directions then they would work.
Nice a$$! much better now.
Good luck with the wirings.
Looks like you got it to work, whats the problem?

This is where I got em.
Pretty cheap too, well compared to how much I've seen them sell for. It was $143 Shipped for all. They came with about 2 feet of the factory wires. They are in GREAT condition too. I'm gonna list my BLue tails on eBay soon. Someone somewhere will want em.
Here is my video (I just took it a few minutes ago after reading this post. Sorry it sort of sucks.

Those instructions is not how I did mine. Well some is the same.
I did not CUT or Modiify the Stock harness at all. I did NOT CUT any of the factory wires.
Here is what we did.
The harness from the Toyota Tails has a Light Blue for the left and a Dark Blue for the Right turn signals.
We went strait to the Steering Column and tapped into (NOT CUTTING ANYTHING) the Light Blue and Dark Blue Turn signal wires for the FRONT Turn signals. The Rear wires are there too, but they are Yellow and Green.
After that we Ran the New wires to the trunk.
The BROWN AND BLACK wires from the Toyota Harness was tapped into the Factory Light Harness.
Then the White Brake Wire going to my 3rd Brake Light was tapped into with 2 wires and goes to each the Yellow on the left and the Green on the right Brake Light wires.
My old Harnesses are 100% intact and still would function if a Blub was plugged into it.
The only reason I just posted how I did mine is that I just read the Link above and it said they CUT a factory wire to stop the MULIT Function purpose of it. No need to Cut anywires.
But yeah, I originally posted this to see everyone elses tails, and then I was gonna show mine. But it did not go that way.
I can dig up my vid camera and get a short vid... mine work properly

you got 95-99 and 00+?
You paid ALOT for the new ones.
DAYUM
I was watching those, but they were more than I had to spend.
I got the 2k's but didn't like the way they looked so I straight swapped locally for 95-99 toyos
BTW, total on eBay w/ shipping was less than GMPD or Streetline, so I came out ahead either way on the 2k's...
