if you count tinting the windows as my first mod then this is mod 2 and 3
first came the filter....
i was then informed that it isnt a good spot because of the heat from the radiator...so i moved it....
i dont really have the cash for an intake right now...so this will have to do
then came the B&M shiftplus
overall im pretty happy with both...the filter obviously didnt do anything performance wise but its got a nicer sound now...and the shiftplus is pretty cool
next is a suspension, wheels, and brakes
how can u say 'obviously' the filter didnt do anything performance wise? i betcha it did... just putting a k&n filter in the stock air box helps a little bit, the only thing really restricting your intake system now is the TB coupler, ditch that for a 90* elbow of some kind and a small section of straight piping and it should help.
i cant say i like where you mounted the shiftplus, maybe you could drill a small hole in the dash pad to route the wire down through so it doesnt look rednecked up? that would at least clean it up some.
i just figured since i retained all the stock piping that just a cone filter wouldnt do anything
the mounting place for the shiftplus is just temporary untill i can find a nice lean spot for it
