Well we had the first ever Texas Sized J-bash yesterday it was a blast to say the least. The Cen-Tex J's hosted this show and we the DFW crew would like to thank Scott and his wife for getting this going. We have been talking about having one for so long and at last we did. Weather was HOT as HELL but not a drop of rain. This was a Car show for the J's and Delta bodies, a DB contest, and you could run down the track if you wanted to. The show was in Temple/Holland TX onto the pics.

The first few are from the meet up and drive to our other meet spots for the drive out to temple, there was some damage on the way there though. Going down 35S an 18wheeler ran over a piece of metal and well i couldnt do anything about it i ran it over then shooting it up a good 5ft in the air well my friend dustin took the impact on his front fender and then the front window. After bouncing off his window it then again shot straight up about 10 ft and came down on the oppisite side of the fwy. dented fender and broken window FTL. The last pic is of my club the TEXAS J's we are now at 15-18 strong and still growing. Out of the 9 awards DFW took 5 home with them. I got 1st in street and 3rd in the DB contest at 137.8, cody got second street, manny got 1st mild, luis got second in delta, and the HHR dubbed shaggy after his son that passed away took first Delta. Others in attendance where Houston, Cen-tex j-bodies, and GM's of SA. Next year will be bigger and better. Comments welcome good or bad thanks

dont worry I will be at next years bash cause I will be living in Roundrock by then, looks like a good turn out too

I understand what you are saying it has alot of stuff on it, however like i wrote he did that for his son who passed away. I liked it i mean you really dont see many hhr's modded. I had a blast was hot as hell i went from being a nice brown to xtra krispy in about 15 min LOL cant wait till next year

what happened to the tan one???

I was there.....but it was hard for people to get pics of me....I was on the track most of the time....although there are pics of me during down time cooling off.

yea I usually bring my tools I am glad that you had yours. But tyrone got a valuable lesson never to mode his car during a car show. especially after the judging.
