Ok, so after enough flack from the org. (and rightly so) i got smart and did what i wanted to do the right way. i said i liked the turbo emblem on my car even though it was not a turbo, well problem solved.
i just ordered a Custom Emblem online...
LS Sport is what it will be.
should be nice...
so my bud helped me rip it off and here is what we got:
fastest mailbox in the south!
and just some cell pics, sorry the one is bad quality had to re size it.
Now your going to get flack about your mailbox being "mis-badged".....
haha... bring it on!
my mail box will take ANY challenger!

How soon til paint on the kit?
thanks, and as for paint...unfortunately a bit. you can ask 98z24ragtop... (thats his vert) (very nice btw) my roof is baaaad...spot on my hood is bad... spots around the trunk. my whole car needs paint. i think i might be able to get it done after one more semester and winter break if i can work alot...
so thats the plan.
You needed a buddy to help you take that tiny little emblem off?
Why even have the kit on if you can't get it painted until after winter?
I personally would rather get the kit fitted on the car and waiting for paint than sitting in my garage taking up space...just my opinion.
I'd rather wait to put the bodykit on my car until I could afford paint too instead of looking like the typical cheap tuner bitch...just my opinion.

wouldnt puting the kit on make for the stock kit sitting in the garage taking up space?

YAY for the turbo emblem delete, now put the stock bumpers on til you get paint........ oh wait you traded your rear bumper for a skateboard.
Priorities I guess.
Props on de-turbo badging
And sweet deal on the bumper lol
What camera are you using 98Z24ragtop?

well to clarify, my back bumper was gone. as in destroyed. the 02 rear bumper has that upper lip that 95-99s do not, or they are not connected as a piece of the bumper. i cut them off the bumper to put the kit on. and they actually hold the rear Kaminari aero bumper in place. so i dont think that rear bumper was going off my car anytime soon.
and im glad to hook a buddy up, fellow jbody fan with something sweet to improve his ride for a great deal! im selling that board he gave me to a kid for 50 bucks and keeping the wheels he gave me as i needed some. one of my other hobbies.
but yeah, i have my front bumper and skirts....
what do you guys think?
front and skirts on with white rear?
more silly or less?
i wish my debadged hood didn't have a dent in it hahaha.
i love the fish eye effect!
that is so sweet.
1. All I see is a mess of rice in this thread.
2. Clean the rest of the double stick tape off the trunk lid?
3. That's not a wide angle lens nor fisheye.
I would be so embarrassed driving that car.
lol. they already said it. ^^
