Well I figured I'd post some vids up in the right section. Got the car tuned on 4.5psi and made 206whp and 205wtq. Ran out of time to increase the boost so I will be going back in a few weeks with a boost controller and see what we can do. I'm pretty happy with the power the car made on a relatively low amount of boost. Car seems to pull pretty good but its been so long since I drove the car when it was supercharged that I'm not sure if its any quicker. But regardless I love the sound of the turbo and can't want to get it to the track and see if and how much faster the car is now.
cool beans....looking forward to higher boost vids.
At 4.5 PSI those are incredibly impressive numbers in my opinion. I've seen people on 10 psi barely hit that.
Very close on the HP & TQ numbers, too. Do you have a graph to post up?
Was the issue with the car the coils, like you thought?

sexy! Congratulations, looks and sounds great and as said previously for such low boost, amazing numbers!

Thanks for the comments...boost will be going up, just a matter of time and getting back to the dyno. I'm projecting final boost numbers between 10 and 12psi pending on everything going well. I'm hoping 10-12psi will get me fairly close to 300whp. I did make a little more power but he richened it before I left just to be safe. My best numbers of the day were 209whp and 208wtq on 4.5psi but like I said its a little bit richer now.

I am waiting on the dyno graph to get emailed to me. It wasn't the coil pack but figured it out to be the module. I went to the junk yard and picked up the coils, module and valve cover and slapped everything on and it worked.
you sir have a cracked dash. lol
Sweet vids
Valve cover lol, more like idi cover
Don't you miss the WHINE?
great numbers for 4.5 pounds!!
Nice man....start getting more air to it...
Project Resurrection is in full swing!
@!#$s weak.
not! actually those are some VERY impressive numbers for that low of boost.
gimme gimme moar boost!
Thanks guys...I can't wait to get more boost. The car seems to pull pretty good now so I can't imagine what another 100hp would be like. Depends on how the car handles the power and more boost. If my torque numbers stay handy to the hp like it is now I think its going to be a fun little car.

Maybe a little part of me does, but the potential for 300whp is very appealing.
Seeing this makes me very happy....
You have nearly an identical setup to what I have planned for the car with just 2 major differences. I will be running 10:1 JE pistons and will be doing the 2.3 oil pump swap.
Same turbo, same manifold(s), same cams.
Any chance you would mind sharing your HPT files? Im a 99 so they wont "work" for me, just be a good reference when I start tuning.
"Oil Leak ? What oil Leak ? Oh, Thats Just The Sweat From All The HorsePower!!"
I don't have any of the files as I have the car tuned at a shop. I'm not sure if I can get them from the guy or not, but I'll ask him the next time I see him. There is a map on HPtuners site that has a turbo setup for a cavalier with secret cams, HO manifold, 650cc injectors and a built motor.
Anyone got a boost controller for sale by chance?
Hallman Pro RX manual boost controller on the way...looking forward to getting it on the car

you will like that one for sure. Only manual one I would ever run. Ill run it until I go to dual stage.
