hey al i figured id post this in the noob section, and it shood only require either a yes or no answer...anyways....

the trim panel around the radio, hvac,gauge cluster, everything...the hard plastic piece that most paint....

is it possible to drive the car, use the lights, and dimmer switch with this piece gone....will it effect my airbag or anything....

or basically can i drive the car at night without this piece.....(safely)

Yup, I drove around with mine off for like 2 months. Its just a trim piece, doesn't affect anything else.

yeah, the best paint to use is the gm touch up paint. cause the bumpers on most gm cars are plastic. u can get them in a spray can.
