I was searching around and i found a post taht said something about cavaliers having problems so GM recalled some of them... If anybody has a link where i could read about a recall on maybe my car 98' z24, if not anybody know of anything? thx
take your car into your local dealship to see if it has any recalls on it. i had a recall on my Z24. something about the ignition.

i took my 99 cav into the dealership to have the recall service done. its a lead inside the ignition switch that occasionally crosses. they just check it and according to what they told me, most vehicles dont even have a problem when they come in, but they have to check it just in case. no big deal bud

If its a recall then it is covered the same way it would be if you had something covered by warentee. so yes it SHOULD be no charge
