I heard that the 2.3 HO's intake manifold will fit on a 2.4.
Is that true? If so how much HP would i gain?

Yes it will, with modification, there are many posts on this in the performance forum, search around in there. Gains are not fully known, since it has not been dyno'd. The LO manifold gave 10hp, but lost a little torque.
