i just got a 2nd gen z24 2.8 liter 5 speed with 200k miles on her and was trying 2 find any or all info on her such as main areas of trouble aka what 2 look out 4, and also anything that should be replaced with aftermarket parts 2 improve the car overall thanks!
Biggest mechanical issue (aside from being an 18 year old car) is the lower intake manifold gasket, which will cause massive oil and/or antifreeze leaks. Aside from that, expect typical older car issues.
