Hi all, my girlfriend is in the process of purchasing an 03 Sunfire, and I'm not really sure if it's even a GT or a nicely option base model. Well, she's a tad bit disappointed in the handling of the car, (She's comparing this to an 08 Mazda3) but this car fits her budget and I told her I could remedy the handling. (That and I'm a GM guy) With out spending a ton of money (I have an FBody to mod, I don't want to spend a lot on this one) I thought I would upgrade the sway bars to keep her happy. Well, I haven't even looked under the car to see if it has a rear sway bar at all. If the car doesn't have a rear sway bar, will it have the mounts? I'm assuming not. If not, were would I be able to obtain one?
It does have a 2.2 Eco Tech in it if that answers any questions.
it does not have a sway bar or the mounts , i know mine didnt
Kill list:03 eclipse, 06 GTO, 04 Mach 1 Mustang
No they can be added in. ive put a rear upper strut tower bar, eibach rear sway bar bolts in down along rear axle and rk sport poly bushings all around made me feel a diff in handleing.
Well if I buy a kit like from ADDCO will it come with the mounts? With a little more reading (Excuse my newbieness to Jbodys) apparently none of these had rear sways.
Thanks for any help.

yes addco and eibach both come with hardware to install u have to unblot some stuff and maybe drill some holes no biggie just take ur time and ull be fine.
On our cars just installing a front strut tower bar helps alot so does doing a rear stut tower bar. I am not sure what size tires it has but just going from 14's to 16 or 17's would be a very noticable difference. Rear sway bars are very easy to install the front however requires dropping the subframe. It is not difficult but very time consuming. Also there are subframe K braces that help quite abit as well.

Just buy an Eibach rear sway bar or an ADDCO bar. Both will come with all required mounting hardware.
