hey i'm craig. I just turned 16 in november and just got my full licence and bought myself my first car.

on that note when i got my car the park brake and ABS light were

Check your fuse and speed sensor maybe for the lights.

Welcome. As far as the ABS and Brake lights being on, there are several possible causes. You should take it somewhere where they can retrieve ABS codes. (Not all scanners can do this.) A dealer can do this, but it won't be cheap as they charge a minimum hourly rate. My car had this problem when I bought it too. Turned out to be a bad ABS pump, which was an expensive ($1400) repair at the dealer. I hope that isn't the case for you.
i have the same light in my car. the stealership said it would cost $400 to fix
