I'm wandering a good set of springs/ struts to go with them?

why are you looking for a good set of springs/struts.. if you have coilovers? you do know it has its own spring right? but if i were you i would throw those POS R1 coilover set in the nearest dumpter. if you want a good coilover sleeve ground control is the only way to go before you get into real systems. but as for shocks/struts konis and Dspecs.
Are the r1 s better then stock at least if I just put them on with everything else stock for now?

No, leave your stock setup alone until you get a quality suspension setup
What's a good full setup that's good or should I just wait to get air ride cause that's my final plan
