I did it in an '02. I think the pump is the same for all third gen cars. The one i got didnt have the venturi nipple though. I ended up running out of pump with it at some point and had to upgrade from it again.
I went with AEM's 320lph. Not much more money than the blazer unit, but a LOT more capacity.

The aem was offset Inlet. The blazer pump I think was too but it's been so long since I saw it. I ran 2 aems in the cup though so it was severely modified and it didn't matter center or offset.
You can modify the bottom of the pump sleeve to fit both without compromising the cup though.
