Well unless your running 9s or 10s we wont see you on TV. I thought anyone could get in as long as they signed up ahead of time though?

not true. there was an All Out marathon on Speed i think on friday. most classes they picked were 10 and 11 second classes.

I agree....There was a few Turbo 4cyls that made it on TV through Pinks. They may have not made the top 16, but they got some air time.

I need to get my car running again if they're finally doing something other than 10 second classes. That's what turned me off the show in the beginning was the constant 9.x and 10.x classes. Give the 12.0 guys a shot. Our cars are usually more street than track and you get a sweeter variety. You don't need 500 cubes to pull 12s, only 130

yeah my car should be mid to low 10's next year and that is where the majority of the classes are chosen from so I hoping ill be in the sweet 16. but just being there will be cool. and yes there were 400 spots that sold out in 3 mins. so yeah anyone can get in but your car has to run a 12.99 or faster to qualify. If you can run at least a low 11 consistent on both passes, they will take notice and try and get you picked. Rich and Ken love 4cyl underdogs. Every time there has been a 4cyl on there that was fast they've tried to pick it. Just that they see imports and FWDs as being inconsistent and unreliable.
I mean, they got to have footage to make a show. Most of the Imports and FWDs broke or hit the wall before the class was picked!
