jooky, it does look like a model car, lmao! i think its real tho!

but dammmmnnnnn! that grand prix vert looks amazing!
minus the turn signal mirrors that are too big for the car...
and all the stickers...also would look a lil better with black/gunmetal rims!

It's just the way they blurred the background so you aren't distracted by the other cars.

The Beretta Indy Convertible sold at a previous Barrett-Jackson auction, these all sold in a more recent one.

Along with the Feretta, an AWD V6 Twin Turbo Beretta and an IMSA Race car were also sold.

I assure you, the Feretta is real:

For the guy asking about the Beretta Convertible, here is a pre-production model Indy , unfortunately without the custom engine the actual pace car had:

I knew it was real, i was just saying it looked like a model in that picture. so anybody want to fill me in on why it's called "Feretta"?

It was meant to transform into a Ferret but they never got clearance to develop that feature..

Hehe seriously though it was meant to be a replacement for the F-Body.

Does anyone else think that the Grand Am vert looks a lot like a Mustang?

Did GM ever release details about that AWD system? They had to have hacked it together with something they already had knowing GM. Maybe out of an AWD Pontiac (I'm sure there was a similar era Pontiac that had AWD, I just can't remember what it is, but I saw one in town here).

You're probably thinking of the Pontiac 6000 STE. I do not know if the systems are similar but it does lend itself to make one think it is similar. It was right around the same time period.

Did they put this spoiler on any production models? I've never seen it.

^SC/T spoiler. there's a few of them floating around, very pricy however.

pretty much equivalent to our xtreme tuner kits.

some sexy cars there to bad they never when far hence why gm is soo messed up now bad very bad moves getting rid of good cars for crappy cars, never releasing models that would have killed(good way) in sales dont get me wrong i love gm we have owned many and hope to more in the future yet soo many things done bad. some prim examples are post above. lol the grand prix and the newer olds nice. dont care for the coupes but love the drops

seriously? in the time i spent on gaforums, people made it seem like the sc/t kits and spoilers were some super rare item.

My bad, forgot to give credit where credit is due. Those pictures I posted above were taken by a member on Bstuff who went to the auctions. I just wanted to show better pictures than the Barrett-Jackson photos.

yep. that grand am spoiler above is a custom only deal, same with front lip IIRC.

the real 'sc-t' spoiler looks a lot different, and better IMO. a lot of the times you see the ram air hood with the spoiler package, but i have seen one or the other on ga's before.

that feretta is pretty sick. id love to get my hands on that car.

i wonder how much it sold for?

has anyone seen any of these cars on the speed channel show being sold?

I must confess... I feel like a monster!
