Just curious if any of you know the MBT tables for the 2.4L LD9 engine.

I would like to increase my engines timing, but not sure what the ideal (mbt) setings are....

I have forced my engine into hi cotane mode.. (copied hi oct values into low oct table) so no matter what my "knock learn" tells it....it stays in high octane mode.

and of course from here i just carefully listen for and watch my KR status.

So far my engine does not seem to display any different knock values since forcing the hi oct maps. So i think i am safe there... But i am guessing even more timing could be added....

Just like to know what other people have found.

Truly you need to be on a dyno when trying to see how much timing you can add. Only real way to find out.
