Here's the situation. I've got a '99 Cav with the '00+ Supercharger tune flashed on it. A few years ago I did this and it worked great, no problems whatsoever. I went back to stock with the stock tune. Now I've got a built motor and the supercharger installed. I flashed the '00+ supercharger tune on my '99 PCM again, installed the 2 bar MAP, and now I'm having problems. It sputters like crazy and will die if you mash on the throttle. However, if you slowly bring up the RPM's it's fine. Higher RPM's even when you mash on it, it seems to be fine. But low RPM's, and quick acceleration kills the motor.
Now the only difference between the first time I did it and now is the built motor. The biggest difference is that it has HO cams now, and no cam sensor. It is firing in batch mode all the time. I'm wondering if this has something to do with my problem. Any ideas?

You may need larger injectors now with more air flow....
And, with the different cams, you lower end VE is going to be different.

Ya that has to do with the injector constant... thats exactly how my car acted when i threw the new injectors in before it got tuned... fuel is just not meeting requirements

It's the stock S/C injectors with the default injector constant value on the s/c reflash....

You are flowing more air now.... 320CC is wayyyy to small...
