Because the "scale" for gas and ethanol are based on lambda, you can treat the afr just like it were gasoline.
I wouldn't go higher than low 12s with e85. It *can* be leaner cause it is a cooler charge from e85, but you should use the scale the same.
My leanest is 11.6 on 32psi. Will be leaning it up a little more maybe though. However my wideband gauge reads lambda now.

Word of warning if you switch to e85 on a high mileage car; prepare to change fuel filters often.
Also, I recommend aem's 320 lph pump (the green e85 one). I run 2 and they are powerful. One would be. Drop in just about for the factory pump.
I think a supercharged application could bebefit quite a bit from this. Cooler charge allowing for more timing could make the m62 setup pretty stout with little else. I have been able to run a LOT of timing on my setup without any knock at all.
