i have the ones from pep boys, apc i believe. they work fine. if you open your hood there are 2 rubber stoppers on that plastic raditor cover. i took those out and i put a pin in each

you CAN NOT mount your pins there with the invador hood. drill holes in your hood there and you'll be very disapointed. the rods for the pins dont reach long enough to get through the hood enough to pin if you put them there. i almost did it when i had the invader hood and realized it wouldnt work. this is because the invader hood is higher right there in front of the extractor vent than the rksport extractor hood is. with the invader hood you need to mount the rods under the rubber stoppers to the far sides by the fenders.

thats a different hood. the hood he pictured is the rksport extractor, not the VIS invader. the VIS invader cannot be pinned in the front like that. its too high there. <br>

I guess it would be more helpful if my car was with me instead of the shop but the rubber stoppers to the far sides by the fenders, I have f-1 fenders from A Plus can the pins still mount there... does anyone have a picture of the mounting spot? thanks <br>

Hey Adam do you have pics of where they pins are mounted under the hood? I had the in the middle area on my old CF but I think it looks better on the outside like you have them.
