Well I have a 97 so I have the 9005 and 9006. I am putting on my 00-02 head lights and I got a 9007 HID kit. My question is I hooked the ballasts up to the low beam harness but only one bulb will light up.
I got the kit from Steve who had the wire get caught in his timeing belt. The wire got hit but it only the outside covering so I dont think that is the problem?
any clues?
did he ever get a new bulb because i remember one of them broke when Spence's dad was putting them in ....
check your wires for continuity, just because it looks ok on the outside dosn't mean it is on the inside
basically eliminate each piece of the puzzle untill you find the problem; conections, wires, balasts, bulbs, etc.
the stock wiring is weak, use a relay w/ a direct fused connection to the battery.

Just yes, Steve got a new one. And then I ordered two more thinking he broke another one. Anyways I will try to get a relay and see if that works.
Today I have a day off of work so wanted to get some things to check so I have chance!

What he said. I wired mine up with the stock harness just to see, and yup, only one of them fired up. I wired in a relay and it works great.

yuppp i actually have the wiring diagram i made up on my site, stand by for a post ..
im a little confused on the diagram can someone help me and explain how to wire in a relay for HIDs?
