Gas Filler In Trunk Jam

Can someone post some pictures of them relocating their gas filler in the trunk jam. Does it have to be completely inset? Did you use body filler around the edges once you cut the hole? Did you use a circular saw? Help a brother out !

Please don't let them tease you, but a hole saw on a drill will be your best bet. Brandon's is the best I've seen. This pic might help you out.

I really think he meant a saw to cut a circle, not a circular saw.
C'mon guys, we all make mistakes. Hell, even me sometimes.
I'd really like to see the pics from underneath as well.

that looks sweet.

i think i'd go to the "we serve" pump just to see what the attendant does looking for the fuel door.

i've been thinking about doing something like this as a finishing touch, far off distant plans of course lol the car will never be finished most likely constantly finding new things to do like this little thread. I'm curious about a few things, 1. do you get fuel smell in the car everytime you fill up? 2. do you ever get fuel in the trunk? 3. do you have hardcore stereo layouts in your trunks with this mod done? i'm curious what the wattage of an amp playing full out and the heat mixed with fumes from the gas could do in a sealed enviroment such as a trunk. other than that, sweet work on that filler peice i would swear its factory as smooth as that came out.
