headlight bulbs

I know, this has been posted about a million times, but here it is again, because I didn't find what I want in the searches.

There was a company that made headlight bulbs that had a group purchase a few months back, I can't remember how to spell the name (hense why I am having a hard time searching) maybe someone can see how I'm trying to spell it and correct me....

Something like Luminics....they had a bunch of different colors and stuff. If you could give me any information I'd appreciate it, and if you've used these bulbs and have an opinion of them that's also welcome.

Can anyone compare them to Silverstars??? In color (whiteish blue) and brightness. I want it to have a cool look but I love when opposing traffic flashes me because my lights are too bright lol.

your lights aren't just too bright they atre too @!#$ up, if you wanna get a brighter light/better output do it right

you wouldn't just cut your stock springs to lower your car would you?

a little consideration for other drivers goes a long way

You can find them here or on ebay as well

A friend of mine has a pair in his accord and they throw a white light with a blueish tint. The silverstars throw out more light than the luminics IMO.

This isnt exactly what you were looking for,but this is a comparison shot of PIAA bulbs compared to stock. I can get a pic of PIAA compared to silverstars tomorrow if you're interested in that.

I dont understand how SO many compaines claim to have the best, brightest, colorful, blah blah blah bulbs. All of them are just a plain ol' halogen bulb with high temp paint on it. Manufacturers are trying their hardest to take old technology and make it seem so much better than it really is. Its just a halogen bulb!

IMO Piaa is a bunch of overpriced carp. $80 for a freaking halogen bulb.

Piaa vs some other bulbs

Silverstars do it for me and cost a lot less than piaa's.
Luminics are alright as well.

Even so, its still just a halogen bulb. If i were to market this pen in front of me as having "krypton gas for outstanding writing dynamics", people would just say "ok....its still just a pen."
