ok guys i have these ugly grey bumpers on my car and i really want my car to be all one color. well my car i s about to be primiered in prepartation of being painted in a couple weeks. my question is can the grey bumpers just be primered along with the rest of the car and then all painted to match or would you discourage against doing this?? thanks in advance.

i'd say go out and get smooth bumpers. the ones you have are textured. it'll look fine at first, but it'll fade faster then the rest of your car.

not if done correctly. it'll still fade super fast though. my old neon had the textured bumpers painted red and was beginning to fade and my bros s-10 front bumper is the same thing but now it's pink.
