Okay so I just redid my drums a month ago and thet already are starting to bubble i dont get it?!? i scuffed them really good high temp primed them then high temp flat black them whats the deal how can u get them too not rust??

I used my die grinder with an attachment thats a little green plastic disc with a ton of little fingers, took the rust right off and scuffed up the surface and I used flat balck high temp paint meant for painting grills, grills as in BBQ having a cook out grill
