I was thinking of putting mesh in the front of my stock bumper, just to make it a lil cleaner before i get a kit... was wondering what yous guys thought of that and if you think its a good idea, what are your suggestions for mesh and how to install it behind the stock bumper?
In my opinion, simply putting mesh behind the stock bumper doesn't exactly give it a cleaner look, actually does the opposite and makes it look cheaper. But there is a way to make it look really nice, but it involves a decent amount of custom work. You'd have to cut out the grills, fill in the holes, sand them smooth, paint, THEN add your mesh. Its alot of work, my friend did it and his came out awesome looking, but noone else on the org had done it like him since and he also had a lip kit which made it look all the more better.
