yea isnt type j only made for 00-02 and doesnt it say u need the headlight swap, which they also sell
the car was a salvage title when I got it ($4500 and only 7000 miles) the front was already cut off, 1 door replaced and 1 fender missing, air bags poped so it needed a wind shield too... but still not a bad price on the car.
And yes, looks like I got the wrong year front. I'm sure it will be taken care of, just sucks I won't have it on as soon as I wanted. The weather was nice today too. As for the 00-02 head light swap... I thought about it but I kinda like how the 03-05 head lights look. If I was to keep the front and do the swap, it would be a while before I had enough to get the head lights and hood I would want.

the body kit is new, the car used w/ salvage title. I already sent an e-mail to the place I got hte kit, I'm sure they'll send the right one without any hassle.

ok, here's an update, I got the front and got tired of waiting for a sunny day.
it's not on, but the test fit, GREAT! Simple to put on. Thanks Joe (Modified-MotorSports) the sides and filler plates for the back should be here Monday

but Grimor, if ur already missing a fender...you should just but some type of after market fenders....just not Z3's, get something that not too many people have....

The fender I got was only $23 so it's ok till I get some new ones, I was looking at some steel z3 fenders. I don't want to go with fiberglass. I am going to get the kit on and see how it all looks with the sides and back before I decide on the fender and hood. I don't want the car to look too busy.

It's not painted yet, still waiting till early mid October. I have white doors now (with power windows/motors/mirrors) and will be picking up a silver trunk lid off a 2002 with the tails. Nikki (¤§Fallen Angel§¤) is supposed to paint it for me.

DON'T GET FENDERS EVEN IF THEY ARE STEEL STICK TO THE STOCK FENDERS WITH THAT KIT ITS MUCH CLEANER AND NOT BUSY "UNLIKE MY FONT" ANYWAY JUST GET A EVO HOOD THEN ITS GONNA BE TITS!!!
