hey does anybody know the rivet size for a cavalier door handle i need to put my car is painted and i need to put my handles back on thanks for the help

they are not that expensive. just purchase a couple that look like that will fit and see which works best. you could also get a nail that fits good and take that to the store and compare the size. i have never had to do this, but i believe that both options should work. hopefully someone on here can give you an actual size. good luck.

the only reason i ask is that your average rivet gun will not work so i wanted to know the size so i could get the right size rivet gun

3/16". Oops I thought it was a quarter inch like they use holding on window regulators on some gms or a large one like hold the door handles on an older taurus which requires a rivet gun to handle that size rivet. A 3/16 rivet worked though so a standard rivet gun will work.
