Has anyone had any problems with these guys? I ordered a wings west front airdam for my car and they told me when I would recieve it. But I never recieved it so I called them and they said it would be another few weeks. I told the guy forget it and I wanted to cancell my order. Well a couple weeks go buy and no refund so I call again and the guy I tlked to said my order was never cancelled. So that guy cancelled my order. But now it's been almost a month and no refund! Also, they're charging me 10% for cancelling my order and THEY can't even get the part because wing west isn't making anything....nice
sorry to hear that. i had a geat experiance with them. they even gave me a little tour of the place to see what goes on. they were very cool with us. sorry man.

they still have 36 dollars of mine and have not contacted me after numerous calls, its been 3 months.
ya my bodykits tooken over a month it should be here tomarow but its still @!#$ they siad 3 weeks
we used to have an account through them at my work but we kept recieving them broken and smashed but the boxes in perfect condition, and when we tried to return them they gave us all kinds of grief so we stopped selling their stuff which is a shame because we sell a lot of kits...

I had some problems with them too. I heard they went out of business
I called them today but no one was there for customer assistance. So I have to call Monday.......

Wings West was bought out by VIS Racing.
That could be the delay in your kit...

That most definately is the cause of the delay. Wings West stuff is pretty hard to come by right now.

I bought a pair of bulbs off of them and they told me it would take two weeks to get to me. When I tried to call them, I never was able to get a hold of them. Three months later, I finally got the bulbs in the mail, after the fact I didn't need them anymore.
I bought my body kit from andys and I didnt have any problem at all...It did take a little longer then expected so I called them and they said it was still on a boat coming over from japan...but I wasnt in a hurry so it was fine...I didnt have any trouble with the pieces being broken or anything though because it was a urethane kit.
