I ordered a front bumper for a 00 up and the company sent me a 95-99 will this fit without any gaps? i thought the 00up needed an extra piece that comes upon the corner light to fit correctly.

Hold on, you have a 00 and you are using a 99 bumper? Your title makes it sound like you want to put a 00 bumper on a 99...
For the 00+'s, you can simply cut the lip off thats under the headlights, if you have a 99, and you use a 00 bumper, there will be a gap, if you have a 00 and use a 99 bumper, you need to cut off that lip.

right, since your trying to put a 95-99 bumper on an 00-02, you need to trim under the headlights to make it fit

ok like i said before, if your putting the 95-99 bumper on the 00 cav, you need to trim under the headlights to make it fit.
no offense but you have your own shop?
ok i was just wondering cuz i saw a pic of your cav and was just curious. anyway though yea like i said, since its the 00, it has the bigger headlights than the 95-99. only thing you have to do is trim under the lights to make it fit. once you do that, it should fit fine w/o any gaps
