meguires swirl remover available at car paint stores or professional detailing supply shops. Get a Meguires soft foam pad and stick it to a regular buffer. Make sure the car is totally clean and that the foam pad is clean as well. I have had good luck with this combo on black cars.
before you buff it you should clay the whole thing to remove atmospheric deposits paint spray and bug crap
