Can someone please help me.
Im trying to separate the turn signal and the brake light, similar to the Toyota Cav tail set up. Instead of using a sparate 3157 bulb, im using a 194. The 194 apparently draws too little current, and blinks fast as if the bulb were out. I have come across load resistors before when using LED turn signals, will this work in my case? I really need help fast. Any insite would help a ton.
use the 3057 for the turn signal, the 194 peanut bulb isnt meant for that. if you dont have the 3057 bulb socket go to like autozone or something like that and get one they arent that expensive.

your missing the point, i dont wanna use a 3057 bulb, and i dont want to use a 3057 socket. Im using a 194 bulb and socket, becasue thats whats on my taillights. I guess im just going to have to experement:
Here is my prediction....does it make any sense to any of you???
The 194 bulb has less resistance than the 3157 bulb, im going to measure the resistance across a 194 bulb, and a 3157 bulb, and subtract them, and use a resistor across the 194 to make it seem as if there was a 3157 bulb there. Does that make sense?
