Is it like a pinstripe? If it is then get a heat gone, heat up a small section of one of the ends and see if it comes up. If it does, then pull it down at an angle skowly while you heat it up, but dont melt it. After that use an adhesive remover like goo gone for example, one that is paint, and clear coat safe and rub it off, then wash the car to get the excess goo gone or whichever you choose to use off. Hope this works, it worked for me, took about 30 minutes.

I know what your talking about, but no its not a side molding like on my Cavy in my Sig. Its on an Acura RSX, it has this small accent stripe that looks like its part of the paint, know what I mean. I dont know how I could go about getting that removed.

its Probably pinstripe like he was talking about above. do what he said its easier removing pinstripe than side moldings. get some plastic razor blades to help you

You can also get a rubber pinstripe removal tool that you put onto a drill, it'll rub it right off. That was the only way I could get the stripes off my 98, as old and cracked as they were, there was no way they'd peel off.

i actually too those off my buddys rsx, and off my 01. Really easy to do. I took a bottle of goo be gone and sprayed it on and let it sit ( do not let sit in direct sun light) then i took a plastic bondo applier ( make sure no rough edges) and slowy crapped it off.
