the only thing about those instructions is that the pics were too small. Does anyone have any bigger pics?

Leaks??????, flip flop trunk mod makes your trunl leak, I thought the trunk would sit the same when closed as it did in its oem state before being modded for the flip flop look. I was kind of interested in this, but if it causes the trunk to leak, thats all bad,lol.....

I found this site a while back when I was planning on doing mine. The pics are a bit larger and there are some instructions.

i just recently installed the flip trunk. and i looked at the pictures online of others. my problem right now is that the two corners stick up about an inch. i have the screws that hold the stock trunk hinges(by speakers) in with 2inch spacers. should i change the spacers. Also, the pictures of the green cavalier, it shows that the 2 trunk bars that are crissed cross by the stock hinge, it shows them all the way on top, does that matter, mine are on the middle one?

tell me what you think and how you can help. if possible, i can take pictures so you guys can understand some more

^^Which is what BaggedCav meant about leaks... If not done right, it'll leak...

The cross-bars are used for tension holding the trunk open. Would be no different than if you had the gas struts on a 'vert
