Does anyone have a picture of a Sunfire with front fender flares? I've searched every where and cant find any.

anyways yea that thing is bad. Still cant see the flares to good on it either. Anyone else got any? can you get flares for a sunfire or does everyone use the uni. ones? My plan was to get 2 of them for the front fenders and kinda make the front alittle wider like the back but i dunno if it would look right. I might as well make my own since their like 80 bucks for 4 of them and i only need 2
I've been planning on doing some fiberglass flares when I get time. I'll let you know.
hey hey, theres something i can just go a get out of a junk yard for like 5 bucks. thanks man. do those Flares come on all the vibes or just the gts? And i see im not the only one doin this maybe it wont look to bad after all.
IMHO if you want just a little flare,
check these out
EGR flares....theyre subtle and flow really well with the car. the ones ^^ are actually designed for the cavs so its not a universal fit. the only problem you may run into is the front where the fenders are different. i mean theyll fit, but will go a little ways onto the bumper. IMO not a big deal. you can also paint match them

ok you guys make me mad some times lol in a good way that is. I spent 2 hours yesterday on ebay searching for "Fender Flares", "Flares", " Wide body flares", "Cavalier flares", and so on to that affect and those never came up in any of them. Thanks fo the link man. For about 100 bucks i think i rather make my own unless some how i can only get 2 of them....
Thats kidna the look im goin for. Just so that the front is little wider so its closer to the width of the rear. Those flares are these ones on ebay
Fender Flares
IMO that looks unbalanced. its different if it were a natural flare, but to add a flare like that it makes it look out of place.
if you really want a nice flare on the front, get a set of toyo cav fenders, cut off the front tip where the cav fenders extend past the sunfire ones, and weld on the bracket for the sunfire fenders so you can still attach your bumper to it. its a natural flare that will give you an extra 1-2" and match up with the rear much better.
or just take your stock fenders and bend em out a lil. you might have trouble putting the splash guards back on, but thats ok.

im usin fiberglass Z3 fenders so bendin/cuttin cant be done... maybe ill look into makin some when everything else i have goin on is done.

i made mine its the easiest way to go,if your gonna mold em make sure you sure down to bare metal if you got stock fenders,and dont just slop body filler on there,if your interested i could make u a set
yea ur prolly right,its gonna be difficult making your own tho,fiberglass doesnt bond to urethane very well,you'll have to go with a urethane filler if your going to make yours and mold them,fiberglass doesnt flex much and when it does it cracks.....that would be your best bet,i know erebuni.net has urethane fender flares but there not cheap
well he said he was using glass fenders so maybe he can have the flare start close to where the fender starts

when i was 5 a Sunfire with the Diza Racing body kit was my dream car. but now i wouldn't consider buying this kit.
I miss my Cavalier, even if it made 100 hp on a cold day and had more suspension then it deserved.
