I was just wondering if anyone else received the recall letter in the mail?
I received this letter in the mail a couple days ago, and just sent them an e-mail with the requested information ( underlined in the letter ). I hope that if I do send my kit back I actually get the money back...

Sounds like the DOT is actually cutting down on the retailers that sell the kits in the US.
It's illegal to knowingly sell an HID to a customer in the US and fines are around $25,000 per violation if the DOT cracks down.
Ouch for them for sure....
